Access Expands Destruction Services throughout California
Access Information Management recently announced the acquisition of DataShred, Inc., a California-based information destruction company. DataShred currently offers NAID certified, on and off-site document destruction services to clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and Los Angeles markets.
In addition, Access will be launching a new computer hard drive destruction service to meet a growing demand not met by most document destruction companies. Access will now be able to offer all California clients complete document, media and hard drive destruction.
Why Destroy Sensitive Information?
Secure destruction of business information has always been an integral part of a well maintained records management program. It is estimated that U.S. businesses lose billions of dollars every year due to theft of information. Additionally, the rise of identity theft has led to strict federal regulations requiring companies to demonstrate compliant destruction of corporate records.
Access Information Management offers a variety of flexible destruction programs customized to your organization’s information destruction needs. We provide businesses of all sizes with a simple, reliable and, most importantly, secure method of ensuring the proper, legal and compliant destruction of confidential business information. |
