Registration Steps
- Provide Supplier Information – Share details about your business qualifications, products or services, capacity, and experience.
- Optional Certification Submission – If your business holds certifications (e.g., SBA, WBENC, NMSDC), you may provide this information voluntarily for outreach and reporting purposes. Certification is not required for consideration.
- Complete the Access Supplier Registration Form – Register to be included in our supplier database for upcoming RFPs and project opportunities.

Selection Principles
- All suppliers are evaluated based on competitive merit, including quality, pricing, service capabilities, and alignment with business needs.
- No quotas or preferences are applied based on race, gender, veteran status, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Certification information is used solely for voluntary reporting and outreach, not for award decisions.
