We at SFH are sincerely grateful to have a data archival partner that cares so deeply about our customers’ ability to access their patient’s data from previous EMR systems.
We worked with them to retire and archive an old legacy EMR system that was costing significant money to keep running. We were able to abstract and archive all the data from our on-premises servers to their cloud, making our data available to search and retrieve past patient data by our medical records staff with ease. The attention to detail and quality of work delivered was amazing, their technical team is very talented. Our project was a huge success, and we are happy we partnered with them for the right solution.
We were changing our EHR from Siemens to Cerner, we wanted to archive our legacy medical records in a cloud-based system that our Providers could access when needed. They were able to extract our data to meet HIM requirements in the time stated in the Project Plan. We would highly recommend them for EHR archival needs.
Working with the team at them was a great experience. They took data from an unstable server and database and created a new data system for us. The old database was cumbersome and difficult to look up and find patient information/ documents. Working within their solution has been extremely easy and finding information/ documents has been intuitive. I would recommend this archival system to anyone needing a systematic, user friendly way to store their old records.
They have worked with Glendive Medical Center to archive our medical data from multiple sources (i.e. both paper and electronic). They have great customer relation skills that kept us updated on the project process. Questions were answered within a few business days. If meetings were needed, they were scheduled with appropriate people on the phone to answer questions and solve issues.
