Doug is responsible for leading human capital strategies at Access to achieve the highest levels of performance across the organization. An accomplished HR executive with over 30 years of experience building and retaining best-in-class teams, Doug provides HR leadership across all talent strategy activities globally. Prior to joining Access, he held various HR leadership roles at a variety of healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense organizations.
Doug holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a B.A in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
