Tim Redfern

Tim leads the company’s global finance, accounting, real estate and pricing teams. He has significant experience leveraging finance to drive business improvement, decision support and growth. His accounting organization is responsible for financial accounting, reporting and internal controls. Previously, Tim was the Executive Vice President for Access (since 2016). Prior to Access, he held senior finance and management roles with Skillsoft over his 15-year tenure. Tim began his career as an Equity Research Associate at Merrill Lynch in San Francisco. He has a BS in Finance from Linfield College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Tim is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School where he completed the General Management Program.
