Sacramento acquisition marks major milestone as Access’ 50th

Livermore, CA, January 29, 2012 – Rob Alston, CEO of Access Information Management, announced today the company’s acquisition of the assets of Multiplex Information Services, Inc., located in Sacramento, CA. Client records inventories will be relocated to Access’ existing Sacramento record center facilities within the next several weeks.

The Multiplex acquisition is the 50th undertaken by Access since its founding in 1994, marking a major milestone in the company’s history.

“Multiplex has earned a fine reputation in the Sacramento area by providing excellent customer service,” said Access President John Chendo. “I am pleased that Bruce Meier, Multiplex Information Services’ founder will now be acting as a consultant to Access, sharing his industry knowledge and service provision expertise with us.”

Duffy Warbington, Access Operations Manager in Sacramento, will lead the integration of the newly-acquired client accounts.
