Livermore, CA, December 3, 2013 – Rob Alston, CEO of Access, has announced that the company finalized the acquisition of File Center, Inc. located in Salt Lake City, on November 11, 2013. This represents the company’s 59th acquisition since its founding, the expansion of its Western Regional Operations and its entrance into the state of Utah.
File Center, a key player in the records and information management industry locally, was previously owned by Scott Whittaker and Gene Lee. Scott has been running the business and will stay on to head up the new Access Salt Lake City branch. Scott’s team will continue on as part of the Access Family as well.
