Leigh leads Access’ records and information management (RIM) operations, account management, sales and client experience teams across the United States and Canada. Leigh is a strategic leader, known for building and transforming global customer experience operations to achieve customer-focused operational and sales results. Prior to joining Access, Leigh held senior executive roles as head of client services and call center operations for large distributed service organizations such as CSC ServiceWorks and GardaWorld. Prior to that Leigh spent over a decade as an account services and customer service executive at Iron Mountain. Leigh has a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University and earned an MBA with distinction from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
