Nir heads the high-growth portfolio of digital and software products at Access and leads its Product and Marketing groups. Previously, Nir was an executive at PayPal, where he launched and led its global Consumer Retention Initiative. Prior to PayPal, he held several product and innovation leadership positions at Gartner, where he drove a successful multi-year turnaround of its subscription business for technology providers, started its Digital Markets business for SMB, and built its first Innovation and ML Center. Nir was also previously an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and a Research Scientist in the Center for Theoretical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Nir holds a bachelor's degree from Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and a Ph.D. in Particle Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
