
As Chief Diversity Officer, Rita spearheads Access' global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy, driving initiatives that build a culture rooted in belonging, respect, and innovation. With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning DEI, Operations, Service, Sales, and Account Management across multiple industries, Rita’s work ensures that Access remains a dynamic and inclusive environment for all employees.
Rita’s career includes senior leadership roles at Access and major organizations such as Iron Mountain, Harland Clarke (Vericast), and Verizon. Her expertise in transforming culture and driving profitability has been instrumental in fostering positive change across organizations. Rita holds a Bachelor of Business Arts degree from Mercer University in Georgia and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
