Affected consumers will have direct access to their Recovery Advocate via phone, email, and fax for the duration of the case and for 12 months after. They will also be provided an Identity Care Account with free credit monitoring and 24/7/365 access to updates concerning their identity theft case. These services are available for up to 50,000 consumers per security breach event, but can be expanded to include larger groups as needed, at preferred rates.
