InfoCare, Inc. in Bellingham, Washington acquired
Livermore, CA, August 26, 2014 – Rob Alston, CEO of Access, has announced the company’s recent acquisition of InfoCare, Inc. located in Bellingham, Washington. This transaction, the 69th for Access since its founding, represents the company’s entrance into a new market area covering northwestern Washington State.
In addition to standard records management services, InfoCare has provided a significant volume of Release of Information (ROI) services to healthcare and legal clients for many years. These services will now be expanded along with all client offerings given the new ownership and the much broader capabilities and comprehensive systems Access provides clients. Diana Roley, former InfoCare Operations Manager, has been named Branch Manager.
