America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity

Access was recognized by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024. This award is based on the survey results of over 220,000+ individuals which included representation at over 1.5 million companies in America and highlights companies committed to offering diverse and inclusive work environments.

America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024 features the top large and mid-size companies recognized by their employees for genuinely respecting and valuing individuals from different walks of life. The award-scoring process involves a thorough examination of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an anonymous online survey conducted among a diverse group of employees at companies in the U.S.

Inc. Power Partner

In October 2023, Access was recognized by Inc. Business Media in their Power Partners Awards list for the second consecutive year. Access was selected in three categories in 2023 – Productivity – General, Productivity – Task management, and Productivity – Workflow Optimization – based on several criteria including top reviews by Access clients. Access was previously selected in two categories in 2022 – Productivity and Business Partner.

The Power Partners Awards honors 389 B2B organizations across the globe that have proven track records supporting entrepreneurs. All of the companies received top marks from clients for being instrumental in helping leadership grow and succeed.

KMWorld 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management

Access has been recognized as one of KMWorld’s 2023 “Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management”, a second consecutive recognition! The annual list acknowledges organizations that have developed innovative products and services to address customers’ changing needs over many years, as well as newer startups with creative approaches. All companies listed are recognized for providing value by helping organizations transform their information into insight.

KMWorld Trendsetting Products

Access Unify was recognized by KMWorld as a Trendsetting Product of 2023!This is Access’ third consecutive award after Access Unify was recognized by KMWorld as a Trendsetting Product of 2021 and 2022.The annual listing showcases advanced products and services selected for their ability to help organizations “benefit from their information, share knowledge efficiently, make better decisions, enable compliance, effectively support employees, and communicate seamlessly with customers.”

Inc. 5000 List

In 2021, Access was recognized for the 12th year on the Inc. magazine annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing and most successful private companies. Access’ ranking was determined based on its three-year revenue growth of 43 percent.

In addition to recognition in 2021, Access also made the Inc. 5000 list from 2009-2019.

2023 Silver Telly Awards

Access was recognized in the 44th Annual Telly Awards for its Access Unify Product Suite Video Campaign. The campaign was awarded Silver Telly Awards in two categories – ‘General Sales Non-broadcast’ and ‘Craft -Use of Animation Non-broadcast’.

The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens and is judged by leaders from video platforms, television, streaming networks, and production companies.

2023 Boston Business Journal’s Largest Private Companies in Massachusetts

Access was named in the 2023 Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ) Largest Private Companies in Massachusetts List, a ranking based on the total 2022 revenues of Massachusetts companies. 

Each year, the Boston Business Journal compiles a list of the largest private companies in Massachusetts, which does not include nonprofits, including colleges/universities and hospitals.  

Boston Business Journal 2021 Middle Market Leaders

Access was named one of the Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ) Middle Market Leaders, a ranking of the 50 highest growth companies in Massachusetts. The list is compiled through BBJ research and includes both private and public companies across all industries, from life sciences and technology to construction, professional services and more.

2021 OSHA Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Certification

Access was re-awarded the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Certification for its Indianapolis records management facility. The VPP Star is the highest award given by OSHA, recognizing world-class safety and health performance. VPP Star participants are reevaluated by industry peers and OSHA every three to five years.In addition to this year’s win, the Access Indianapolis records center also won the VPP Star award in November 2016.

2022 CAPLA T. Cathy Miller Champion Award

Access has been recognized for its outstanding support of the energy industry by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration (CAPLA). The prestigious T. Cathy Miller Champion Award was presented to Access in recognition for its numerous contributions through partnerships, education, sponsorships and encouraging employees to become involved in CAPLA initiatives.
