In 2021, Access was recognized for the 12th year on the Inc. magazine annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing and most successful private companies. Access’ ranking was determined based on its three-year revenue growth of 43 percent.
In addition to recognition in 2021, Access also made the Inc. 5000 list from 2009-2019.

The annual list acknowledges organizations that have developed innovative products and services to address customers’ changing needs over many years, as well as newer startups with creative approaches. Access Unify | Secure Compliance was recognized by KMWorld as a Trendsetting Product of 2022!
This is Access’ second consecutive award after Access Unify was recognized by KMWorld as a Trendsetting Product of 2021.
The annual listing showcases advanced products and services selected for their ability to help organizations “benefit from their information, share knowledge efficiently, make better decisions, enable compliance, effectively support employees, and communicate seamlessly with customers.”
Access was named one of the Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ) Middle Market Leaders, a ranking of the 50 highest growth companies in Massachusetts.
The list is compiled through BBJ research and includes both private and public companies across all industries, from life sciences and technology to construction, professional services and more.
Access was re-awarded the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Certification for its Indianapolis records management facility. The VPP Star is the highest award given by OSHA, recognizing world-class safety and health performance. VPP Star participants are reevaluated by industry peers and OSHA every three to five years.
In addition to this year’s win, the Access Indianapolis records center also won the VPP Star award in November 2016.
Access has been recognized for its outstanding support of the energy industry by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration (CAPLA).
The prestigious T. Cathy Miller Champion Award was presented to Access in recognition for its numerous contributions through partnerships, education, sponsorships and encouraging employees to become involved in CAPLA initiatives.
