Rob is the Chief Executive Officer at Access. In addition to his business leadership, Rob focuses his energies on sustaining and shaping Access’ culture as well as driving Access’ growth strategy, including acquisitions. Rob previously served as EVP of Corporate Development overseeing all acquisition and integration related activities, and then as President of Operations and Business Development before taking on the role of CEO in 2010. Rob has 20 years of experience in the records and information management industry. He joined Access during the 2005 acquisition of FileMinders of Hawaii, where he was a founding partner and Director of Operations. Rob is also a member of the board of directors of the OASIS Group, a European records and information management provider, and serves as an adviser to ZircoDATA, an Australian records and information management firm. Rob has served the broader information governance community as a former President of the Hawaii Chapter of ARMA International and as a Director for PRISM International through December 2013.

As President of Access, John leads the company’s corporate development and acquisition team and oversees Access’ international business. Prior to joining the Access executive team full-time in 2009, John was a Principal at Housatonic Partners and has served on the board of directors for Access since co-founding the business in 2004. John has 20 years of financial management and acquisition experience, including management roles in software and services industries, private equity investing and investment banking. John also serves on the boards of the records and information management companies OASIS Group of Europe and ZircoDATA of Australia, as well as Mercury Roadways, an outsourced logistics business. John spent ten years as a director at ProService, a human resource administration outsourcing company, guiding the company through its private equity sale in 2017. John also serves on the Advisory Board of the Department of Industrial Engineering & Operations Research at the University of California, Berkeley, his alma mater.

Jeremy leads the company’s human resource function, and is responsible for the company’s overall transformation program. Jeremy has experience developing and executing global people strategies in support of the overall corporate strategy, and is known for developing high-performing, customer-centric organizations. Prior to joining Access, he was the Director of Global Talent Management and the Bain Executive Network at Bain & Company, where he served in numerous operational and consulting leadership roles. Jeremy has a BBA in Finance from The College of William & Mary and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chad is responsible for company-wide operations performance management, client experience and operational excellence across all of Access’ 60+ facilities in North America. His responsibilities include improvements and optimization of record center and secure destruction center operating practices such as safety, security, compliance, business acquisition integration, and transportation initiatives. Chad also oversees vendor relationships with key top operational vendors. He has extensive senior management experience in the records and information management industry. He is a proud graduate of Xavier University and served in the military before joining Access.

Steve leads the product and engineering teams driving Access’s growth through SaaS software solutions. Steve has enabled both public and private software companies to successfully achieve market and revenue expansion through solid vision, highly motivated teams, market-focused product development roadmaps and customer-focused delivery. Prior to joining Access, Steve was Head of Technology Products for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, and has held global strategy, product, customer success and marketing leadership roles with Goldensource Corporation, Charles River Development and CheckFree (now FISERV). Steve began his career as a systems analyst at M&T Bank and holds a BA degree from Cornell University.

Ted leads the company’s digital transformations and customer-centric business process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Ted has extensive experience leading ERP/CRM migrations, large scale contact center migrations and marketing digital transformation initiatives. He is proficient in partnering IT and business leadership to build and successfully execute strategic roadmaps expediting corporate objectives using data analytics. Ted’s most recent experience was the design and implementation of a multi-year strategic roadmap for Wolters Kluwer Health consolidating 3 business units onto Salesforce.com. Prior to that, as CIO he oversaw a global technology organization, inclusive of Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Warehouse, Project Management Office, Quality Assurance, and Integrations for Grand Circle Travel. He has led similar projects for LoJack Corporation, KPMG Consulting and Cambridge Technology Partners. Ted is a graduate of Bryant College with a BS in Computer Information Systems and Finance.

Tony leads the company’s global finance and accounting teams and supports our operations teams in North America. Tony has extensive experience with operational, strategic and transactional finance, including IPO and REIT experience, and has worked with recapitalizations and acquisitions throughout a variety of industries. Prior to joining Access, he was Chief Financial Officer for the Brickman Group and held significant leadership roles with KPMG, the Advisory Board Company, and CapitalSource. Tony has a BS in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Brad leads the company’s sales and marketing functions. In addition, he uses his knowledge and experience with B2B sales and software P&L leadership to oversee and manage all aspects of the digital products division. Brad previously served in several senior level leadership positions, including VP of Global Sales Strategy at IHS, VP and General Manager of Harris Corporation and Operating Director at Berkshire Partners. Brad has a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University.
