Access Solution Portfolio Name Changes: What Clients Need to Know
We’re making it easier for customers to do business with Access and understand how our solutions work together to manage electronic and physical records across the entire information lifecycle.
We’re excited to share that on June 30, 2026, we officially launched the refreshed portfolio featuring updated names across our flagship solutions Access Unify® and Access Classic™. The updated solution suite provides greater clarity across the business and aligns with the company’s future vision and plans for expansion and optimization alongside customer priorities.
For over 20 years, our solutions have been the trusted foundation for our clients, and that isn’t changing. What’s new is how we package them: with bundled offerings designed to help organizations across all industries embrace a hybrid or more digital way of working.
We’re committed to partnering with you on your information management journey. By organizing our portfolio into clear, value-driven bundles, we’re making it easier to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
The updated solution names are as follows:

Access is who we are. Access Unify and Access Classic are what we do.
For years, we have been known by a variety of names. Some of our customers know us as Access. Others refer to us by our legacy service portal name, FileBRIDGE, or one of the many other solutions we’ve acquired over time.
Now it’s simpler: we are Access, and the Access Unify and Access Classic offerings are what we deliver to ensure you’re able to streamline information management and build a more connected and governed information program.
Thank you for your business and partnership – we are excited to continue innovating and look forward to our ongoing combined successes.
Access is updating product and service names across systems, tools, and communications. Some solutions now use Access Unify names, while several long-standing service offerings now use Access Classic names.
To simplify our portfolio, reduce possible confusion from past acquisitions, and support our mission as a digital transformation partner.
The updated naming structure makes it easier to understand how Access solutions and services fit together, especially across legacy product names, acquired brands, service portals, and digital offerings.
Clients of existing services and offerings will continue to enjoy the benefits of those services. In some cases, we are sunsetting certain offerings based on market adoption analysis, so these will not be available for new sales. For more details, please contact us.
No downtime expected; updates will roll out in stages to minimize disruption.
