Ted leads the company’s digital transformations and customer-centric business process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Ted has extensive experience leading ERP/CRM migrations, large-scale contact center migrations, and marketing digital transformation initiatives. He is proficient in partnering IT and business leadership to build and successfully execute strategic roadmaps expediting corporate objectives using data analytics. Prior to joining Access, Ted was responsible for the design and implementation of a multi-year strategic roadmap for Wolters Kluwer Health consolidating 3 business units onto Salesforce.com. Additionally, as CIO, he oversaw a global technology organization, inclusive of Infrastructure, Application Development, Data Warehouse, Project Management Office, Quality Assurance, and Integrations for Grand Circle Travel. He has led similar projects for LoJack Corporation, KPMG Consulting, and Cambridge Technology Partners. Ted is a graduate of Bryant College with a BS in Computer Information Systems and Finance.
