While our premier services put us a cut above the rest, we are proudest of our incomparable dedication to our valued clients, Team Members and communities. From our free, no-obligation quotes and consultations to our customized document storage and records management solutions, our clients can count on receiving nothing but the VERY BEST service. Our “You’ve Been Tagged!” program helps us show our appreciation for our employees as well, as we recognize those who have gone above and beyond to meet the Access goals. We also partner with local charities and attend, or host, community events as often as possible, like our local shred events, which help to keep our community as safe as our clients.

Making MA Our Home

Access was founded in 2004 and, after years of growth and expansion, we were able to bring our renowned RIM operations to the Massachusetts community in 2012, when we acquired Retrievex. Once established as a trusted provider of document scanning, storage and shredding solutions, we increased our state holdings through 3 more valuable acquisitions. In 2018, we moved our corporate headquarters to Boston and continued to establish ourselves as a leading document imaging company in Massachusetts. We are proud to serve the Boston community and to call this state our home.

Massachusetts Year-End Review

At Access MA, we make sure to stay up-to-date on local security and data breaches, and we want to help you stay informed too. Check out these local stories from 2015:

  • A Superior Court judge in Massachusetts has ruled that patients affected by alleged data breaches have the legal standing to sue for monetary damages based on the mere exposure of their private information. The standing applies whether or not unauthorized individuals ever saw or accessed the private health information (PHI). Read more about the Massachusetts court’s ruling.
  • At least 670 Quincy Credit Union accounts were compromised in early December 2015. The ATM skimming scheme left customers without ATM/debit card access for about a day, while the credit union shored up their security. Read more about how hackers compromised the accounts, and how the credit union responded.
  • Massachusetts’ Attorney General, Maura Healey, issued consumer advice after more than 287,000 state residents were impacted by a potential breach of T-Mobile’s user data. According to Experian North America, a server containing information about 15 million U.S. applicants, including SSNs, was breached. Read more about the T-Mobile Data Breach.
